Our Team
Michael Parry
Co-Founder
I was brought up and educated in the Stamford area and for the last 17 years have worked in estate agency from London to Sheffield. My most recent role as Director of the largest estate agency brand in Sheffield, specialising in residential sales and valuations. I have a strong commitment to customer service and innovation.
I love sport, with a keen interest in football, rugby (long-suffering Leicester Tigers fan) and love a ski holiday when the opportunity arises. With a degree in music, I continue to play the piano whenever possible. I live locally with Morgan, two-year-old Frank and miniature sausage dog Fergie.
Morgan Parry
Co-Founder
After completing a degree in Business Management in 2005, I have worked in sales and customer service for over 15 years, mostly in Recruitment, Human Resources and Financial Services. I am committed to offering outstanding customer service and love helping people find the perfect property and guiding them through the process from the very beginning to handing over the keys on completion day. Being a problem solver is in my nature, and I am always here to help.
I am fortunate to be part of a large family and enjoy entertaining. At weekends, I enjoy dog walks in Norfolk, exploring new places with my family and being mum to little Frank and Fergie the sausage dog.
Oliver Grace
Director
I have over a decade of experience in real estate. Before joining Frank Modern, I worked with some of the largest estate agency brands in the UK. Having lived and worked in Stamford and Rutland all of my life, I know the area like the back of my hand and have a deep understanding of the local property market.
In my spare time, I’m usually training for my next marathon or working out at the gym. At the weekends, I enjoy cooking and the occasional pint of Guinness in one of the local pubs in Stamford.
Alessio Dello Russo
Marketing Manager
I’ve spent the past nine years working in marketing, building brands and delivering campaigns that make a real impact. I combine clear strategy with strong creativity, focusing on the details that drive growth while keeping the bigger picture in mind. I’m hands on, commercially aware, and enjoy turning ideas into work that genuinely performs.
Outside of work, I’m a keen golfer, regular runner and big on fitness, always setting myself a new challenge. At the weekend, you’ll usually find me on the golf course, relaxing with my wife, or enjoying a well earned pint of Guinness.
Charlotte Hampton
Sales Manager
With over seven years of experience in the estate agency industry and a background in hospitality, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. I thrive on all aspects of my role, from discovering the unique homes we sell to guiding clients through their home-moving journey and helping them find the perfect home.
Having lived in the charming village of Colsterworth for the past eight years and growing up in and around Rutland, I have a deep connection to the local area. Outside of work, you’ll often find me hunting for a great coffee shop or enjoying long walks with my partner, whether it’s through the countryside or exploring the local towns and cities.
Callum Howitt
Sales Manager
Having taught physical education for the last eight years at local private schools and from living and working around the Deeping area my whole life, I know the area very well. I enjoy helping people no matter who it is and I’ve taken that love into estate agency hoping to help find them their next perfect property.
Outside of work you can find me playing hockey or coaching for Bourne Deeping Hockey club, watching different sports mainly football and rugby or being at my local pub with friends and family.
Tracy Thomas
Sales Progressor
After graduating from Sheffield University, I spent 15 years teaching in further education. Alongside time served as a police witness care officer, I bring unique skills in communication and customer care to the estate agency industry. My background has honed my ability to listen carefully to people’s needs and provide thoughtful, dedicated support throughout their journey.
Having bought and sold multiple properties while living in Hampton, Peterborough, for over two decades, I understand the process from both professional and personal perspectives. I have an intimate knowledge of the local area and market dynamics that helps me guide clients to their perfect home.
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me exploring the Peak District and Norfolk Coast on long walks with my dog or spending precious time with my children and grandson.
